Horizon rocked today! I wanted to let you know the two guys that came out were astonishing! They were able to assess the situation quickly and although they did find a hole in the roof it was not the main source of the water damage at the property as we had originally thought. They found a pipe that was hissing and heat source that was almost melting the roof it was so hot. If it was not for them we would have had no clue that it was an abandoned steam pipe in the wall that exploded. Your team went over and above and made sure the property manager and myself were okay before they left. They made Horizon Shine.
