In fact, our in-house, accelerated training approach has led to higher retention rates, faster growth, and more satisfied employees. When it comes to training in our industry, hands-on experience and a solid understanding of safety protocol is most important. In our training center, you’ll receive exactly that. Not only are we committed to getting our new employees off to a great start, but we have also cultivated an environment that encourages all employees to hone their craft. Not able to work due to bad weather? No problem. This is a great time to put in some hours in the training center and still get paid! We created our training space with our employees in mind. Spending time mastering your skills is one of the best ways to show your dedication to our company and your growth as an employee.

Faced with too few workers and company growth, we made the decision to open our training center doors to the public through a community outreach program. Every six weeks we bring in a new training class to learn all about the world of commercial roofing from our full-time trainer. The program lasts seven days, is FREE to all serious candidates and participants may have an opportunity to continue their relationship with us as an employee.
