Located in Lakeville, MN, Spero offers 55 brand new units and a variety of floor plans to choose from, along with contemporary accommodations in a compassionate Christian community. To help the customer achieve their desired budget, we were involved early on in the design project to propose different roofing systems and price points for each. On this project, we also completed a 750 sq. ft. standing seam metal Porte-Cochere (carport) that proposed some challenges for our sheet metal crew but even with these challenges, we were able to complete the project meeting our quality and time standards.
