Our team is honored to have worked on the new, state-of-the-art, Life Time Fitness connected to the Southdale Mall in Edina, MN. The inside features three indoor fields, lap pools, premium co-working space, and many other amenities. The rooftop has a resort-like feel that houses multiple pools, patio seating, and a restaurant. The work we did extended over 11 months and featured a lot of unique details, including multiple levels, numerous penthouses, and 24’ tall parapet walls. We made many modifications to the scope along the way, having to be flexible with the client and other trades. There were many challenges on this project, and we couldn’t be more proud of the finished project.
